Any date / hour / minute / second in the future.

calendar

Can the same document have different access dates and times?

Timesafe creates copies of your original document, protected and timed. You can create as many copies as you want, with different dates.

marketing

Can I generate download links for the document and send the links to third parties?

How secure is a TIMESAFE document?

A TIMESAFE document has a number of safety features:

• The PDF file is stored in a secure file system inside our cloud solution, making attempts of direct access nearly impossible
• Only the owners of the documents are able to access their content inside the TimeSafe platform. There are secure tokens to avoid unwanted or unauthorized access
• When a document is uploaded, we store the original document hashes so it is easy to check if the document has been changed outside TimeSafe platform after uploaded, by comparing these hashing information
• TimeSafe never changes the document content. We only add the date and time protection, leaving its content untouched
• By signing the document with our PDF signature feature, TimeSafe guarantees that the file has been uploaded and signed inside our platform and also helps the document owner to easily detect any changes in the document after its signature, which immediately invalidates the content and the signature. It adds a very important layer of safety and reliability to the document.

How secure is our database?

We use one of the most secure and with better performance database management systems available in the market.

The data is safely stored into our servers allowing no external access from any computer outside our cloud structure.

User passwords are encrypted and hashed so it is impossible to recover this information.

TIMESAFE will be even better in the near future: we are working on a backups structure with 7 days of history to safeguard most recent data recover if necessary.

What does certification do for your document?

A certification attest that your signed file is real, valid and legal.

One of the main functions of the digital certificate is to optimize document signing processes, reducing bureaucracy, printing and notary costs. For this, it was developed in a way that replicates the same legal characteristics of traditional documents.

With Provisional Measure No. 2,200-02 of August 24, 2001, it is already part of the daily lives of people and companies. With this MP, the Digital Certificate is the digital identity that allows you to sign documents with legal validity.

What information do you get by certifying your pdf?

Ensures that the document was signed on the date and time specified in the properties of the digital signature, generating an immutable copy of it, which guarantees temporality and integrity

The certainty that the document has not been modified after the signature, otherwise it is invalidated immediately as if it were an erasure in a paper document and this can be viewed in any PDF viewing program

The data is encrypted in “Hash” (data produced in a single form and fixed size), which serve to prove that the document has not been modified and remains intact.

Advantages of the digital certificate:

You can sign documents from anywhere;
Legal validity equal to CPF or CNPJ;
Security: it is impossible to defraud a digital signature;
Practicality and economy, with the reduction of paper volume;
Agility in signing documents;
Possibility to use online facilities of several companies and public agencies, such as Online Income Tax declaration.

Where does this information appear?

When opening the document in Adobe Reader, for example, the program automatically checks the signature, performing its validation. You will be able to see at the top of the document usually a blue banner with the phrase "Signed and all signatures are valid" and click on the right in the program's "Signatures panel" to check the certificate, signature data, etc.

Along with the panel provided by the PDF reader program, which shows all the signature data, you can go to the document properties (usually it is in the File -> Properties menu) to see the information that TimeSafe compiled about the document at the time of the signature. There we present data such as the author of the document, email, certificate serial number (unique, plus a factor to prove security about who signed it) among other important data.
